Return Policy
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Buyer is responsible for entering correct address information for delivery of items. Seller is not responsible if buyer enters incorrect address information.
If your item arrives damaged, you agree to save all packaging and materials and contact your local post office who delivered your items for assistance.
I do not issue refunds on lost or damaged packages or items lost from inside the package due to shipping insurance provided.
If there are issues with your order that the post office cannot help you with, please contact Jessica within 10 days of delivery of your package at onesweetday48@hotmail(dot)com for assistance.
If you need to contact Jessica, please have all of your items and packaging available and do not discard it. Please provide photographic evidence of your problems/issues within 10 days of receiving your package/shipment.
If there are issues that cannot be resolved and a return needs to be made, original shipping fees are not refundable and buyer pays for return shipping. Buyer must get authorization from Jessica to return the item. Buyer must provide tracking number. Buyer must pay for insurance on the returned package. Once Jessica receives the package in good condition, a refund may be issued if all conditions have been met. Seller has the right to determine if a refund can be issued. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value occurring if items are not received in original condition.
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be issued for digital products that are downloadable.
